[Avila] kernel panic due to iwpriv ath0 mode 1

Guys,
   
  kernel panic occurs when "iwpriv ath0 mode 1/2/3" runs several times 
on GW2348 board. And I look into ieee80211_ioctl_setmode() and see it 
does not work right.
   
  It is very easy to verify it. set op mode several times and board 
hangs on "iwpriv ath0 mode 1".
   
  How to report this bug?
