[Avila] Can't erase region at 0x50180000: Error trying to erase

Looks like I found the answer to my own question - somehow the address
space remains locked although when I 'fis list' I don't see any
allocation and all this occurs after a 'fis init'. Probably just
something I'm doing that's goofy but at least I figured out how to
