[Avila] USB Host controller interrupt config

Tim,

I believe the way I got around this is NOT the correct way to do it...but it 
worked for the time being until I can look around a bit more. I increased 
IXDP425_PCI_MAX_DEV in:

include/asm-arm/arch-ixp4xx/ixdp425.h

-#define IXDP425_PCI_MAX_DEV    4
+#define IXDP425_PCI_MAX_DEV    6
