[Avila] booting Avila GW234x issues

The only pre-built working images that I'm aware of come with the  
Gateworks 0.6 BSP which is part of the development kit that can be  
ordered from Gateworks at www.gateworks.com .  They use the snapgear  
environment rather than debian however.
