Sanjay,
You cannot use a dos window from Win95 or Win98 for the flash.exe
program,
you need to boot a DOS floppy. If you do a google search on Win98 boot
disk
you will find several that will allow you to create a Win98 DOS boot
floppy
(for example: http://freepctech.com/pc/002/files010.shtml). Copy your
flash.exe program and your binaries to your harddisk then reboot your
machine with the Win98 DOS floppy and go to your flash directory on your
harddisk and reflash your image.
Hope this helps,
Ron

Thanks.
In regards to burning RB as I remember you need a dos machine right. I
remember talking to Gordon about this. The problem is we no longer
maintain any dos stuff. Do you know if I can go into a dos window of
windows 95 or windows 98 and would flash.exe still work? I'll try to
dig up the jtag cable tomorrow.
I notice that the redboot binary requires I know the size of the ram.
How do I figure out what the RAM size is of the board I have? Is there
a command in the redboot I can use?
Thanks,
Sanjay
