[Avila] turn off redboot send/receive on com2

HA! Man that seems easy enough. We had the same problem when a device was 
locking up redboot at boot time. We have solved this problem with our power 
supply not turning on that device at boot time, only when a later script 
told it to turn on. I may still go in and give this a try however. Thanks
