[Avila] fatal ethernet error on gw2348-4

Hello All,

David is correct. If you are using Linux bridging code you MUST use 
npe_learning=0 or you will experience odd things. I had never noticed what 
David did with npe_learning=1 (default) but I did notice other odd things 
happening.

As far as I remember about the issue, with npe_learning=1 (default) you will 
have both the IAL trying to learn/manage MACs as well as the Linux bridging 
code.
