[Avila] upgrading madwifi on the build environment

You can download the latest madwifi (svn or tar.gz release).  Then 
remove from linux/drivers/net/wireless all the madwifi directories.  You 
will need to edit the makefile and Kconfig as well.  Then, run the 
madwifi installer in madwifi/patches/install.sh .  Finally you may need 
to edit your .config.  The avila release of the kernel had the madwifi 
subdirectories  in the drivers/net/wireless directory while the madwifi 
installer puts subdirectories in its own subdirectory, 
drivers/net/wireless/madwifi.
