[Avila] fatal ethernet error on gw2348-4

David,

I have seen this error from time to time as well. Unfortunately I don't know 
the cause or cure for it. I have been able to ignore it for now. It doesn't 
seem to prevent me from sending or receiving packets from what I can tell. 
But then again, I'm not on top of them all the time when this error occurs.

It would be nice to get to the bottom of it, just for peace of mind.
