[Avila] Redboot fis error

I am getting the following message when I try to write anything on the flash

RedBoot> fis create zimage
An image named 'zimage' exists - continue (y/n)? y
... Erase from 0x50080000-0x501c0000: ..........
... Program from 0x01600000-0x017065b8 at 0x50080000: .........
... Unlock from 0x50fe0000-0x51000000: .
... Erase from 0x50fe0000-0x51000000: Err = a2

Error erasing FIS directory at 0x50fe0000: Error trying to erase
... Lock from 0x50fe0000-0x51000000: .

This is happening only on a certain board, I am wondering if this is due to 
a HW problem (bad flash on board?) Did anybody see this before? Any 
solutions?
