[Avila] how to add ethernet support to redboot image

I feel like a broken record here....

Why are you not using the redboot source from the Gateworks Avila BSP?  Its all
there for you!

There is no link to download the BSP as far as I know, you need to contact
Gateworks to buy/obtain the CDRom.
