[Avila] "flash.exe gw-128.bin v" gives error with default image (gw-128.bin)

Hello,

Verify errors are sometimes seen when using a PC with an ISA bus running
faster than standard 1us ISA cycles.  To overcome this, add an "o" =
parameter
to the command-line,=20

For example: "flash rb64.bin o", or "flash rb64.bin vo" =20

The "o" option is supported in version 2.3 of the flash programmer.

It is unusual that you would use a file named gw-128.bin.  The GW2348-4 =
is a
64MByte SDRAM configuration.  More than likely, you should be using the
Redboot file for a 64MB DRAM configuration, RB64.BIN - or the full image =
for
64MB DRAM and 16MB Flash, SG06_16M.BIN.

I'm programming flash using GW16012 JTAG programmer for Avila GW2348-4
board.

I tried to program flash with the default image (gw-128.bin) supplied =

Dev kit by Gateworks.

I'm using Qemu to program the flash.

"flash.exe gw-128.bin p" succeeds but "flash.exe gw-128.bin v" shows =A0
       =A0
       "Verify Error: Address: <some address> Actual: FFFF Expected: =
<some
hex>"

Why am I getting this error? What's was wrong in my setup? Am I missing =
some
thing?

Also board doesn't boot at all. I mean no output on hyperterminal.
