[Avila] GW2201 8 port Serial board linux drivers?

Chris,

I've enabled the following in .config:

CONFIG_SERIAL_8250_PCI=y
CONFIG_SERIAL_8250_NR_UARTS=10
CONFIG_SERIAL_8250_RUNTIME_UARTS=10

recompiled and I'm still not detecting the board.  lspci clears shows
the board but I'm not see any new /dev/ttySx's.  I only see the 2
defined at ttyS0 and ttyS1.
