To all,

A new version of the jtag utility has been released that allows you to
change the address of the parallel port you want to use, allowing users
that use pci parallel port cards to use the jtag programmer. Misc code
cleanup has also been done, getting rid of any erroneous error messages
from appearing that were only used for debugging.
