[Avila] Driver for CF card slot on gw2348-4

Daniel,

This is fodder left over from the no longer supported IDE CF Driver.
There is a newer driver that is available for the CF that is by far
better and can be selected under the following options...

-> Device Drivers
  -> Serial ATA
    -> ATA Device Support 
      -> IXP4XX Compact Flash Support

FYI, it is selected by default.
