[Avila] USB with gw2348-4 [was: USB support in BSP 0.7]

Hello,
after deciding at all to flash the gw2348-4 with a redboot which
passes the new Avila machine ID, i encountered the same
kernel message as quoted at the bottom of this email after loading the
driver for the usb host controller:
"ehci_hcd 0000:00:05:2: Found HC with no IRQ. Check BIOS/PCI
0000:00:05:2 setup!"
has there been any solution to this problem in the meantime?
