[Avila] Ethernet performance problem with OpenWRT

Mark,

Always listening.... I have not used a kernel later than 2.6.21 as of
yet (I haven't had any compelling reason too), thus I have do not have
any patches to the IAL to support the versions you mentioned.

The IAL is only supported from intel to 2.6.21, I do believe.
