[Avila] u-boot for avila platform

Has anybody got the u-boot port working on the Avila GW2355 or similar board ?. 

I have tried the the build option "ixdp425_config" and could get some prints in the  console.  But  couldn't write anything in it.  I could see that the serial_getc() is looping around to get a character in the UART receive buffer. Since the "data ready bit" is not set, the loop is like a forever.

The UART1 configuration seems to be fine according to the IXP45 data sheet.
