[Avila] Gateworks Avila CF/IDE driver

I have searched the list archives (found via google). That's how I found 
http://gateworks.unixstudios.net/BSP/, but this place is 
password-protected. According to Dave Grace, avila BSP was only 
available temporarily at the link above until CDs could be made. 
However, what I' m actually asking for is a way to obtain just the 
gateworks CD/IDE driver sources for kernel 2.6.x without having to make 
a request for the CDs. That's because I don't need anything else from 
BSP, since I' m using the development enviroment of AspisOS.
