[Avila] USB with gw2348-4 [was: USB support in BSP 0.7]

David,
This is true of the 0.7.1 BSP (not of 0.6.1)... It was missed by myself,
however this is an easy fix... You can either download and apply the
patch that Imre has supplied or you can simply edit the following file:
include/asm-arm/arch-ixp4xx/avila.h
and change
#define AVILA_PCI_MAX_DEV 4
to
#define AVILA_PCI_MAX_DEV 6
