[Avila] JTAG PROGRAMMER ON AVILA GW2348-4

Hai everybody,
 
I am new to this list,fogive me if I make any mistake. Anyhow,I am working with Avila GW2348-4.
I needed to do the reprogramming. I have a few of these boards with me. I am using Paralel port-Jtag programmer ( GW16012) direct
connected to paralel port to pc.Then I open the JTAG programer that I loaded onto my pc from the CD included when I puchase the 
Jtag from Gateworks.Followed the intruction from the instruction manual provieded from the CD.Then hit the GO button and I waited 2 hours ,but nothing happen.Its just say JTAG status..on the small window.
 
I realy appreciate and will remembered forever to those able to realy can help me on this.
