Ok I'm having a problem that Chris Lang has been helping me with but I figured it might be helpful to post this in the mailing list.
I'm running OpenWRT Kamikaze 7.09 and have BusyBox built with the hwclock command. I also have the rtc_ds1672.ko module installed and running on my box. The board is an Avila GW2357 with the RTC/Battery option. I need to be able to sync the system time to the RTC.
When I type hwclock I get the following:
'hwclock: cannot access RTC: No such file or directory'
And in dmesg, the following error is shown after booting the kernel:
'drivers/rtc/hctosys.c: unable to open rtc device (rtc0)'
I edited the driver code with a patch and recompiled with no luck. Any input is appreciated.
