[Avila] Kind Atten: Gateworks support ...Drivers crashing on GW 15002

Greetings all ! 
Dear Madwifi team

The Problem we are facing with the madwifi drivers when I do the
following configuration... ( I use gateworks 15002 SDK v.06 with
ubiquiti SuperRange2 2.4 GHz radios) 
modprobe ath_pci
modprobe wlan_scan_sta
modprobe wlan_scan_ap

wlanconfig ath0 destroy
wlanconfig ath1 destroy
wlanconfig ath0 create wlandev wifi0 wlanmode sta
wlanconfig ath1 create wlandev wifi1 wlanmode sta
ifconfig ath0 192.168.2.21 up
ifconfig ath1 192.168.2.22 up

                    Then after some time .... i do the following...

# ifconfig ath1 down
wlanconfig ath1 destroy
wlanconfig ath1 create wlandev wifi1 wlanmode ap
ifconfig ath1 192.168.2.22 up

                    then.....linux crashes.....or ap doesn't respond to
pings..or sockets... sometimes shows proper association but the no
traffic on upper layers.

I believe that it is because I mode probe both scan sta and ap.. The
version i read from dmesg was
